Q. can I evaluate something other than a product with lidoli ?
A. lidoli enables you to evaluate any product or service that has a unique reference code or number;
if you are evaluating five
restaurants for example, give each a unique reference code and away you go
Q. can I evaluate individuals with lidoli?
A. lidoli is not enabled to allow you to evaluate individuals and we have no plans to offer this
Q. my lidoli password has not arrived ?
A. we send you a password immediately following your registration; in rare cases the email may be delayed but you should receive an email containing your password within two hours -
we also suggest you check your junk mail folder and ensure that
you are accepting emails from lidoli
Q. the lidoli widget did not update after I voted, why?
A. in rare cases, the lidoli widgets may take a few minutes to update, please be patient and try again
How do I create new items in lidoli TM?
The creation of qualidgets in lidoli TM is automatic.lidoli TM uses the item references to determine if a new qualidget should be created or not for a new product/service.
Q. is the lidoli service a white-label service?
A. we offer a white label service; you can remove the lidoli branding once you become a paying subscriber, however our
'powered by lidoli' message will remain in place
