Article 1: Purpose of the contract

1.1The Qualinetwork Company makes available to its customers and to netsurfers a collaborative platform accessible via the Internet network known as lidoli. This platform provides an Internet-based evaluation service through votes and comments enabling Users to place qualitative evaluations of online sessions (the "Service") and allowing netsurfers to vote and leave comments.

1.2All of the hardware, connections,telecommunication resources and other items needed for the Service and located with the User or the non-User netsurfer netsurfer are at the exclusive cost of the latter. The cost of communication and subscriptions to the User or the non-User netsurfer.

1.3Access to the lidoli service is subject to prior acceptance of the present General Conditions. Users' attention is drawn to the fact that the said General Conditions may change over time, especially in the case of technical, legislative or regulatory changes, or when new services are introduced. A change to the General Conditions will be notified to the User by email who may terminate the contract if the new provisions of the General Conditions are not convenient for it. In the absence of a reaction on the part of the User following such notification, the new General Conditions shall be applicable thereto.
